The Complete Happiness Box brings together the Journal of Happiness, citrine jewellery, a citrine crystal pen, an inspirational postcard and wooden stand — all carefully chosen to help you notice more of the good, practise gratitude and create small moments of joy in everyday life.

Yes. You can choose the pieces that speak to you and create your own personalised Happiness Box from the Happiness Collection.

Each Rock Paper Soul journal is created around a different wellbeing theme, so the content varies from journal to journal. Depending on the theme, you may find guided reflection, practical activities, positive psychology and positive health ideas, intentional-living prompts, or inspiration drawn from feng shui and ancient wisdom traditions.

The journals are designed to do more than give you blank pages or generic prompts. Where relevant, they explain the thinking behind the activities and help you understand how to use the ideas in everyday life.

They’re written by Vikki, a practising psychologist, Certified Positive Health Practitioner and Certified Feng Shui Consultant, drawing on her background in psychology, positive psychology and wellbeing.

Yes. The gemstones used in the Happiness Collection are genuine natural stones, so colours, patterns, shapes and markings may vary slightly from piece to piece. These natural differences are part of what makes each one unique.

Crystals have a long history of symbolic and spiritual use, but their claimed healing properties are not scientifically established. At Rock Paper Soul, we use gemstones as meaningful objects and gentle reminders of the intentions and positive psychology practices explored throughout each collection.

Absolutely. Rock Paper Soul boxes make thoughtful gifts for someone who could use a little more joy, reflection or encouragement. You can have your order delivered directly to the recipient — just enter their address at checkout.

The Happiness Citrine Bracelet measures approximately 18 cm.
