We take great care to ensure that all product descriptions, photographs and prices are as accurate as possible.

• Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.
• Crystals are natural products and each piece is unique. Variations in colour, markings, size and shape are part of their natural beauty and are not considered faults.
• Handmade or assembled products may vary slightly from the photographs shown.

We reserve the right to amend product descriptions, pricing and availability at any time.

4. Placing an Order

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been received.

This confirmation does not mean your order has been accepted.

Your order is accepted once payment has been authorised and your order has been dispatched.

If we are unable to fulfil your order for any reason, we will contact you as soon as possible and provide a full refund where appropriate.

5. Pricing

All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£).

We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

If a genuine pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the order before dispatch and provide a full refund.

6. Payment

Payments are processed securely using Stripe.

Rock Paper Soul does not store your payment card details.

Orders will only be dispatched once payment has been successfully received.

7. Delivery

At present we deliver within the United Kingdom only.
We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Dispatch times may vary during busy periods or holiday seasons.
Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.
If your order is delayed, damaged or fails to arrive, please contact us and we will work with the delivery provider to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Responsibility for the goods remains with Rock Paper Soul until they are delivered to you or to a person you have nominated to receive them.

8. Returns & Refunds

We hope you will be delighted with your purchase.

If you change your mind, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, in accordance with UK consumer legislation. Please contact us before returning an item so that we can provide return instructions. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Items should be returned in their original condition and handled only as much as reasonably necessary to inspect them. Where possible, please return products in their original packaging. If an item has been used, damaged, marked, altered or handled beyond what would reasonably be permitted when examining an item in a shop, we may reduce the refund to reflect any resulting loss in value.

For change-of-mind returns, the cost of return postage is the customer’s responsibility. We can provide a prepaid Evri return label or QR code for your convenience; the stated cost of this return service will be deducted from your refund.

If you cancel your entire order, we will also refund the cost of our standard outward delivery service. If you chose a more expensive delivery option, we are only required to refund the equivalent cost of our standard delivery service.

We will make your refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods, or after you provide evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.

If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can resolve the issue. Rock Paper Soul will cover reasonable return costs where goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described. Your statutory rights are not affected.

You may choose to create a customer account when placing an order.

Your account allows you to:

• View previous orders.
• Save your billing and delivery addresses.
• Manage your account details.
• Enjoy a quicker checkout experience.

You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
